Kendriya Vidyalya Dirang has an active registered unit of Bharat Scouts & Guides. Annual registration numbers of this unit are KVS/BS&G/Div-III/08-09/006. In this unit  Scout &  Guide  and Cub & Bul-Bul are running .  Scouts & Guides   activities are going on smoothly as per the instructions of KVS R.O.Guwahati.
